It’s good for you! Golfing is good for your health and great for you heart. Walking an average course for one round of golf can be between 5 to 7 kilometers!

There’s nothing like filling your lungs with some good country air. Fresh Air helps your immune system fight off disease more effectively due to healthier white blood cells. So wash away those January blues and head outside!
Learn a new skill
What better time to take on a new challenge and learn a new skill than January!
Take time out
It’s important to take some time out for you. The joy of walking in the fresh air, socialising, with an added mental challenge means golf releases endorphins, which make us happy and calm.
Keeping an activity brain
