    Job Summary
    Carus Green are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager, attending to property maintenance and repairs of holiday rental accommodation, general Club House repairs and maintenance, and gardening. The position is full time and will include some weekends. This position would suit someone who has previously worked in the construction industry or has a trade background. Salary is dependent on experience and will be discussed at interview stage.

    Responsibilities and Duties
    Reporting to the General Manager, the successful applicant will need to work well as part of a team, as well as using their own initiative. General duties include checking holiday properties at check out stage for any damages, gardening, decorating, Clubhouse maintenance and occasionally assisting the Greenkeeping team during busy periods.

    Qualifications and Skills
    Although qualifications are not essential, a good knowledge of the construction industry would be required. Must have clean driving license and be eligible to work in the UK.

    Due to unprecedented growth we now require a CLUBHOUSE MANAGER. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who has a great passion for the leisure and golf industry and who takes a pride in delivering a consistently high standard of service. Reporting to the Proprietor & General Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for all Clubhouse activities, including the Lounge Bar, Grill Restaurant and Function Suite. They will also be accountable for a team of employees, ensuring they provide exceptional levels of customer service and comply with current regulations. They will be expected to act as an ambassador for the company; lead by example and act as a role model for other members of staff.  Ensure regular communication with the kitchen team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant.   Responsible for achieving financial targets and seeking new opportunities to improve the efficiency of current methods. Input into staff rotas and certain relevant administration duties. Working experience with hospitality Epos system, creating reports regarding budget and sales when required.
